I'm Toby Lucich with Return Leverage.  I'm excited to be sharing with you just a little bit about our Leading Effective Change Workshop -- a one-day session for non-change management professionals.

 

In this, we introduce the fundamentals of how project lifecycle unfolds, but specifically how we care for and are mindful of the needs of our stakeholders throughout the life of the project. A considerable amount of the attention is invested in communications with our stakeholders and making sure that we're sharing with them the information they need at those keys moments in time. We'll talk about the role that the stakeholders play in your project and the necessary interactions that need to take place well in advance of launching your new concept.
