We Are Return Leverage
At Return Leverage, one of the key things we’ve come to recognize is that at the end of the day, all our work is about the people. As we build project teams and enroll the stakeholders in the work we need to deliver, we start to think ourselves as a shared ecosystem – all with a common goal.
Generally, this means that we’re digging into process, understanding how people get work done. From there, we can start to talk about the role of technology – and how our work relates to other parts of the organization and their partners through their extended supply chain. This essentially makes up the second leg of our interactions. Process – and technology -- powers with people at the center of the conversation.
Our work is not successful unless we feel we’ve gotten everybody to the same end goal.
